Refund policy

We want to help you bring joy into your home and desire for you to be happy with your purchase. We take pride in finding you unique, often hand painted, distressed, antiqued, weathered and rare products to bring your style to life in your home.

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. Returns/Exchanges are only accepted if your purchased item is delivered DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE. 

 

WHAT PRODUCT ISSUES ARE NOT CONSIDERED DEFECTIVE:

To create the uniqueness in many of our products, the products are hand painted, antiqued, weathered, and/or distressed. These products, particularly wood and ceramic products, have many natural character differences, including but not limited to inclusions, grains, and knots and some color variations. Natural variations do occur and should be expected; therefore these variations are not considered a damage or defect in the product. Computer monitors display colors differently, therefore we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Our items are carefully inspected before shipment. However, damages can sometimes happen in transit, so we ask that you inspect your product(s) immediately upon arrival and contact us within three (3) days of receipt if there are any problems.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (please retain your email "Confirmation of Order" & Order # as your receipt). We allow three (3) days from the date of delivery to notify us if there is any type of damaged or defect to a product. Contact us at info@loblollyandlace.com with your order number, description of the damage/defect along with a picture.

If we aren’t notified of defects or damages within the three-day window, it is understood that the package and products were in good condition upon delivery.

If exceptions are made to these rules by our decision-making, there will be a 25% restocking fee associated with your return.
